Bill is a Certified Life Coach and has a Masters Degree in Counseling. He has coached people to live their lives with more purpose and direction for over 35 years. Bill is ready to help you find the successful and productive life you’ve always wanted. He and Jill Speight have been married for 41 years, and Jill is also a Certified Life Coach.

As the former Director of Middle School Student Life at Maryvale Preparatory School in Baltimore, MD, Jordan Oliver is experienced in mentoring youth. Graduating from High Point University in 2013 as a double-major in Religion and Journalism, Jordan is also an avid writer and speaker. She has obtained her certification in Lifestyle Wellness Coaching under Bill Speight at iCoachLife in Nashville, TN. Her passion is people, and she can’t wait to meet you!

-As the Middle School Director of Student Life in one of Baltimore’s most competitive independent girls’ schools, Jordan was responsible for cultivating a positive, spiritual and leadership-focused environment for over 100 students
