In case you haven’t heard, I’ve recently welcomed Jordan Oliver to iCoachLife. Jordan is 26 and I’m 62…and together, we’re quite the team. (And the way we joined forces is quite the story, too…but that’s for the next post…)
In the world we’re living in today, a team this different wouldn’t look like it stands a chance…and that’s exactly why we’ve partnered up.
Jordan and I may have years between us, but we both have one thing in common: we want to see if unity and healing are possible in such a broken world. One way we’re beginning our experiment, is by launching Project 26/62: Age-old wisdom for young dreams; a creative platform for a 26 and 62-year-old like us to discuss our points of view on relevant topics. The website is currently under construction and will be ready for launch next month.
As we’ve been writing and recording, planning and discussing, we’ve found that although it can be challenging to step into the others’ shoes, it’s necessary.
It’s necessary to have the experience and wisdom of those who walk ahead of us; and it’s necessary to have the passion, energy and relevance of those before us if we want to watch our dreams manifest.
So this is our official invitation to join the journey. Grab your walking shoes, but don’t tie them too tightly…you’ll be trying on a few other pairs along the way.
